Hi, I'm Dave. I'm an optimist. I believe through coaching, I can make the world a better place. I do this by making you stronger, healthier and helping provide you with a long term solution for a chronic problem.

For myself it meant lifestyle changes. These changes require a long lasting commitment to health, not only having a positive mindset but developing a value system through years of hard work and training so you can keep yourself moving in the right direction.

Maintaining a healthy body weight and building muscle is an attainable goal. I coach Women and Men seeking health and fitness and who are ready to lose those first 10-20+ lbs.

At Your Home Personal Training

Accountability at your home. Sessions are personalized around your goals, full body workouts focusing on cardio and strength as well as flexibility and mobility. Professional instruction and assessments. 

Requirements: A minimum space of 6ft x 6ft to train, clutter free with air circulation/light. A mat or soft surface to train on.

1 Session $84

Online Group Bootcamp

Via Zoom video. All fitness levels welcome. Focusing on Intensity Monday, Endurance Wednesday and Restoration Friday. Interval training with strength, cardio and a stretch at the end. 

Times: 5:30pm every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

A personalized approach to Bootcamp training using a variety of training methods that include strength, speed, agility, balance and overall wellness. Individual exercises may be varied adjusting for all fitness levels.
