“I came to Bootcamp feeling a bit overweight and not very strong. The challenges that I had before coming to boot camp were recovering from having 2 babies and gaining my strength back. The class is at a really good time of day if you have kids and I needed something that was small and intimate to motivate me. I like the time of day and the group of women that are here and the instructors are wonderful. I feel amazing after doing this class for 10 months I’m strong I can carry my kids up 3 flights of stairs and I don’t have any pains anymore. I would recommend this class to anybody who’s looking for a small group class early in the morning to get your day going right.”

“I’d always liked to lose weight but it was my smaller consideration that I really wanted to get more fit and have more energy. I wasn’t really doing it very well on my own. It made it easy, to get up in the morning and get here because there’s lots of variety, you make it really interesting. We work with mats, we work with barbells and dumbbells and skipping ropes. and a different variety every time. I feel like my body is just more tightly knitted together and a lot stronger and I’m hoping to keep going and prove that. I think Dave absolutely the best trainer in the world! Dave Carey is a great trainer really makes it fun and works us hard but we don’t really notice it.”

Great trainer who really takes the time to get know you and pushes you to succeed. Was great at accommodating all of our specific needs & injuries.
